Insis | Visual Rebranding Design for a Fashion Womenswear Brand
INSIS, an urban womenswear brand founded in 2015, targets millennial women (born 1985–1995) with its Nordic-inspired minimalist designs, dedicated to delivering fashion-forward comfort. Emphasizing natural fluid tailoring and meticulous detailing, the brand captures the elegance and composure of modern women navigating bustling city lives. Rooted in "INSIST" (perseverance), INSIS crafts beauty that transcends seasons, age, or social roles, evolving gracefully over time.
In 2025, INSIS unveiled a transformative brand identity, elevating its signature design element—the "knot"—into its first-ever visual emblem. This motif, long central to the brand’s design language, now crystallizes its decade-long aesthetic philosophy into an iconic symbol. The rebranding, led by Hong Kong-based graphic designer Makkaihang Design, reinterprets the "knot" as a dynamic visual anchor, embodying the brand’s commitment to balancing minimalist purity with subtle, resilient strength.
