Discover AVEDA's Eco-Conscious Mid-Autumn Festival Gift Box: Merging Hanbok Aesthetics & Sustainable Design
Brand Background
AVEDA, a globally renowned plant-based hair care brand, has always upheld the philosophy of environmental protection and sustainability. This Mid-Autumn Festival limited-edition gift box integrates Korean traditional festival culture, reinterpreting traditional aesthetics with a modern perspective to convey to users the hair care philosophy of respecting nature and returning to origins.
Design Concept
Designed by HEAZ Design Studio, the packaging structure avoids the use of glue and selects recycled paper. Inspired by the folds of Hanbok (Korean traditional clothing), it visually presents soft curves and a central interlacing knot structure. The overall design echoes the imagery of Mid-Autumn reunion, featuring a pearlescent coating and embossed texture on the surface to simulate the natural texture of Hanji (Korean paper). This creates a packaging that embodies the gentle and restrained oriental aesthetics in both visual and tactile experiences.
